If your credit card has already been charged or bank transfer has been done for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CV Living Colors shall issue a credit to your credit card or bank account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Kesalahan Tulis
Jika terjadi produk IndoLED terdapat kesalahan pencantuman harga, CV Living Colors mempunya hak untuk menolak atau membatalkan pembelian yang didasarkan pada harga yang tidak benar. CN Living Colors mempunyai hak untuk menolak atau membatalkan pesanan tersebut merkipun pesanan tersebut telah dikonfirmasi dan kartu kredit anda telah ditagih. Jika telah terjadi penagihan atau transfer bank atas pembelian yang telah dibatalkan, CV Living COlors akan mengembalikan uang ke kartu kredit atau rekening anda sejumlah harga yang salah.

Pembatalan Aturan
Aturan dan kondisi ini berlaku bagi anda saat anda mengkases situs dan/atau menyelesaikan pendaftaran atau proses pembelian. Aturan dan kondisi ini dapat dihentikan oleh CV Living volors tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Hal-hal yang menyangkut Hak CIpta, Merk Dagangm Pemberitahuan, Pembatasan Liabilitas, Penghilangan Penuntutan dan Hal Lainnya tidak akan dibatalkan.

Pemberitahuan
CV Living Colors dapat mengirimkan pemberitahuan melalui email tentang pemberitahuan umum atau melalui metode lainnya berdasarkan data yang anda berikan kepada CV Living Colors.

Hal Lainnya
Penggunaan situs ini diatur sepenuhnya oleh aturan Negara Indonesia tanpa mengindahkan aturan tambahan dan tidak oleh Konvensi PBB tahun 1980 tentang kontrak untuk penjualan barang internasional. Anda menyetujui bahwa yurisdiksi atas dan jalur dalam proses hukum manapun yang secara langsung dan tak langsung muncul dari  segala hal yang berkaitan dengan situs ini (termasuk tetapi terbatas pada pembelian produk-produk IndoLED.com) akan berada di Negara dan sidang yang berlokasi di Indonesia. Tindakan atau klaim apapun yang berkaitan dengan situs ini (termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada pembelian produk-produk IndoLED.com) harus dilakukan paling lambat satu (1) tahun setelah klaim atau munculnya sebab dari tindakan. Kegagalan CV Living Colors untuk menjalankan kinerja yang baik atas pelaksanaan aturan ini tidak dianggap sebagai hilangnya peraturan atau hak manapun. Tidak satupun tindakan oleh pihak dan praktek dagang manapun akan dapat mengubah aturan dan kondisi tersebut. CV Living Colors dapat meletakkan hak dan kwajiban dibawah Perjanjian ini ke pihak manapun kapanpun tanpa pemberitahuan kepada anda.

Penggunaan Situs
Penyalahgunaan situs dalam bentuk apapun termasuk melalui email, chat atau dengan penggunaan kata-kata tak senonoh sangat dilarang. Berpura-pura menjadi orang lain, termasuk menjadi karyawan, tuan rumah atau perwakilan CV Living Colors dan juga sebagai sebagai anggota dan pengunjung situs isi dilarang.
